Hotel Receptionist 

In this role you will be responsible for providing a professional 4 * deluxe front desk service to all our guests and visitors.

Duties Include:

  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Room allocation and management
  • Answering and directing all phone calls that come into the business
  • Handling any guest queries and complaints and resolving them effectively and efficiently
  • Dealing with reservation enquiries
  • Assisting guests with any special requests e.g., transport, tickets, additional requirements etc.
  • Processing bills and managing guest payments
  • Handling show arounds and sale enquiries when needed

This role is a vital part of our business, receptionists are expected to have an understanding of the business as a whole as the majority of queries come through this department. It is essential that the applicant has the drive to learn and grow within the business. Individuals must show empathy toward guest situations and provide the service expected of a 4* deluxe establishment.
