We are currently recruiting for food and beverage staff to work across our restaurant, bar and private function rooms.

Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service within a food and beverage environment will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

In this role you will work within our Restaurant, Bar and events departments alongside other team members.

Duties Include:

· Welcoming customers, explaining the menu and making recommendations.

· Taking customer orders for food, drink and wine

· Serving food, drink and wine at table

· Attending to customer needs

· Setting up for service, clearing down after service and carrying out all associated tasks

· Bill preparation and cash/ card transactions.

Candidates must be of a smart appearance, have good communication skills, excellent customer care skills and be flexible with working hours, as hours of work will vary according to business requirements. Candidates should possess an excellent knowledge of food and drink and be a team player with enthusiasm and drive. Previous related work experience is preferred.
