We also have our award winning Laguna Kitchen & Bar offering the very best in fresh, local produce creating a range of mouth watering dishes.
In this role you will assist in the day to day operation of the F&B department, primarily within our events department. We will expect you to deliver a consistent and high standard of product and service, optimise sales opportunities and ensure the effective performance of the team. Your role may have you working across the departments, ensuring the very highest standards are being met.
