Chef de Partie

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hard-working Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade.

Our approach is simple, source the freshest ingredients, take the best chefs and serve in contemporary surroundings.

In this role you will be expected to assist both the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the day to day operation and supervision of the kitchen.

Duties Include:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting of all foods to a high standard
• Purchasing and control of all food and non-food kitchen items within section
• Ongoing training and support of Commis Chefs within section
• Delegating and supervising Commis Chefs within section
• Maintaining H&S, Food Hygiene including HACCP standards and procedures

Previous experience in a similar work environment is essential as you will need to demonstrate a passion for food and want to strive to exceed our customer’s expectations. Confident, approachable and with an outgoing personality, you will need to be capable of working within a busy and demanding kitchen.
