Breakfast Server

An opportunity has arisen for a Breakfast Waiter/ess to work within our busy Restaurant.

Located in the heart of the city, The Park Plaza is a 4-star deluxe hotel that offers 129 state-of-the-art guestrooms, a 120 seater Brassiere style restaurant, The Laguna Kitchen and Bar.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers enjoy their time in the restaurant and that all service they receive is carried out in a pleasant and professional manner.

This is a part time position based on a zero hour contract, however successful applicants are expected to be flexible in working hours. The role is predominantly morning shifts, with start times between 6.30am and 8.00am, following into the lunch period.
Duties Include:

• Welcoming guests to the restaurant
• Taking orders for Tea, Coffee etc and dishes cooked to order
• Serving tables
• Clearing and relaying of tables
• Attending to guest needs during their time in the restaurant
• Setting up restaurant for service, clearing down after service and carrying out all associated tasks
• Room service
• Serving Lunch and Afternoon Tea
