Bar Supervisor

In this role you will need to be approachable, confident and enthusiastic with customer interaction.

You will supervise a team of bartenders and ensure correct bar procedures are being followed (opening, closing, drink specs, cleaning, training etc). You will need to have a strong understanding of cocktails, spirits and coffee and possess some basic cellar knowledge.

Assisting the bar manager in all aspects of bar and food service, you will help ensure a welcoming environment in the bar and uphold brand standards in service and delivery.

You will:

• Supervising the team
• Complete cellar/delivery duties
• Ensure drink specs are being followed and understood by the team
• Cash handling, bill preparation and end of day banking
• Serving food and drinks to customers
• Floor management

This is a full-time role, working 5 days a week. Weekend work is an essential part of this role due to the nature of the industry.
